Do I need to register before ordering?

You have the choice to create an account for future use when purchasing your first item, but this is not a necessity. We have the utmost respect for your privacy and so if you choose to register your email address you can be sure that it won’t ever be passed on. You can read our Privacy Policy here.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept payment by PayPal or direct bank transfer, but if you don’t have a PayPal account then you can still use their service to pay by credit or debit card. Read more about it here.

Payment should be made at the time of checkout.

When will my item be delivered?

Once purchased we will aim to post your item within two working days. You will be given the option to select your delivery service at the checkout. Please allow a week for delivery within the UK and two weeks for elsewhere.

If you are concerned about the package getting lost in the post then please be sure to select a tracked mail service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go missing once they have been posted (although we will do our utmost to help you find it!).

We try and keep all packaging supplies as environmentally friendly as possible. Please also consider the environment when it reaches your end – reuse and recycle!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! When you arrive at the checkout you will be able to use our shipping calculator to work out how much it will cost to ship to your neck of the woods.

Can I return or exchange an item?
